Responsibilities  

• Generate timely and engaging multimedia content for the web
• Build a network of contacts to provide information that can be used to generate content
• Edit and proofread content to ensure zero error
• Follow developments in the entertainment industry on the social and traditional media
• Cover and write content on events

Requirements

• Degree/HND in English Language, journalism, mass communication or related fields
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with content management systems, i.e Word press
• Ability to write, self-edit and produce clean copy
• Social media marketing skills
• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Google Analytics
• Avid interest in lifestyle, relationships, health, music and event reportage
•  Team work and self-motivation
• Candidates resident in Victoria Island/Lekki or its environs are preferred, but exceptional candidates living elsewhere will be considered
