Responsibilities:

•  Analyse soil types and determine the best crops to farm on each piece of land
• Ability to manage and harvest crops efficiently
• Ability to handle crop diseases and maintain healthy soil and crop life
• Ability to manage farm animals
• Ability to handle farm employees and efficiently manage farm resources.

Qualifications & Skills required:

• Extensive experience with farming and animal management.
• Ability to operate either a motorcycle or a manually operated vehicle.
• Ability to work under extreme pressure and extensive hours
• The job would often require staying overnight on the farm camps
• Technical background in Agriculture in an advantage
• Ability to speak the local language (Yoruba) is an advantage
