Vacancy: Administrative Officer


SAVO LIFE CARE is one of the fast growing Industry in the manufacturing of health and beauty care product. In line with our expansion, we want to recruit administrative officers to improve our activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisor
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Perform data entry and scan document
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Maintain office supplies for department
  • Assist to resolve any administrative problem.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
Minimum HND
.  Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
·  Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
·  Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
·  Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
·  Good research skills and attention to detail excellent interpersonal skills,
    project coordination experience
.  Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff.
