Job description:
- To provide management and financial accounting services for the organization i.e. entry to general ledger and reviews of the profit and loss account.
- Setting up and sustenance of good and strong internal control system.
- Preparation and reconciliation of Profit and Loss account and Balance sheet reports sustenance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Setting up an effective budget planning.
- Managing relationship with external stakeholders, to ensuring that appropriate reports and documentations are submitted and updated with PENCOM, FIRS, and Corporate Affairs Commission amongst others.
- Managing the company’s financial affairs and general book keeping
- Daily monitoring and management of several company books and Auditing.
- Preparation and collection of annual tax for companies and all staff members.
- Preparation of yearly companies audited reports.
- Monitoring all payments, bank account balances and reconciliation.
- Determining viability and profitability of all projects.
- Valuation of stocks and routine auditing of project accounts, stocks, stores and all company account books.
- Auditing of all payment approvals and purchases.
- Verification of all financial claims.
- Participation in all preparation of contract bid documents.
- Any other assignment given by the CEO.
Qualifications and Requirements:
B.SC or HND accounting, professional qualifications (ICAN or ANAN) will be an added advantage.
